Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at tietque19@gmail.com or call 01636 677551. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free standard delivery across the UK on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 5pm GMT/BST on a business day are processed the same day.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact our support team at tietque19@gmail.com. We offer free return shipping — we'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid label.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Yes. All products include the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — please refer to the product listing or the documentation included in the box.
