Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your inbox for a dispatch confirmation email from Tietque.
2. Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number.
3. Follow your parcel's journey from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 5pm GMT/BST on a business day are processed the same day.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team at tietque19@gmail.com or call 01636 677551 and we will look into it for you right away.
